•Integrate cloud solutions and Surface products as a solution into conversations with customers daily.•Focus in on the needs of customers to accurately convert them from trial users to daily users of the office products.•Provide an analysis of the customer usage of the product, ask insightful questions about their experience, and future goal usage of the product.•Provide inclusive insight into the potential use cases of the Office products for personal, educational or professional usage.•Provide all leads and opportunities with resources needed for productivity. •Work within Microsoft Sale Experience (MSX) to manage leads and create opportunities. •Manage opportunities and create quotes within the Volume Licensing Field Center (VLFC) system and follow up accordingly.•Work on pilot teams to provide insight on ways to improve the current process of working thought queues of leads.•Prospect non-profit organizations and educational institutions to offer free products and resources provided by Microsoft.•Learn and train weekly on new products and procedures to implement into daily workflow.

- Reach out to various small to medium businesses and education organization all over the country via email and/or phone call to accurately identify best cloud solution that will help digitally transform their business and/or organization to a more efficient system. - Manage personal pipeline, leads and create opportunities using MSX Apportal/CRM. - Create and send quotes to opportunities using the Volume Licensing Field Center via Outlook- Ensure that leads/opportunities are aware of all available resources and introduce said client to business team nearest them for in person or virtual trainings, deployment, migration, etc.- Follow up with clientele to ensure they are set for success after purchase of cloud solutions and given proper resources to help productivity.- Report to corporate at the end of day through various channels for conversion rates, feedback, suggestions and successes of the day.

- Help customers discover, enable and implement high-value Microsoft technology solutions and services across a broad range of devices that meet their individual needs.- Consistently deliver high standards of sales and service, and support the needs of the Community Development Specialist.- Maintain expert-level product knowledge in all Microsoft retail products, devices and services.- Present total solution offerings and sales support based upon each customer’s unique needs, both before and after the sale.- Teach both consumer and business customers how to use their device, OS, and Office applications for maximum productivity during workshops, and personal trainings.- Teach Hour of Code and STEM workshops, for children, through numerous ways and provide a fun experiences for them to inspire youth into STEM based careers. - Illuminate product offerings and cross platform ecosystem integration through in-store experiences and learning engagements that build on increased utilization with devices customers own and love.- Combine resources and join efforts with teammates to achieve store and company goals- Feel empowered to engage with peers, store leaders, corporate and field team members in the development of innovative ways to make a larger impact in our customers lives
