• Design and specify technically complex Building Automation System as defined by the contract documents.• Create flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.• Design and develop panel layouts, wiring diagrams per customer and/or company standards.• Estimate Building Automation System per Tender documents, RFP or customer requirements following company or product standards.• Design & develop gas monitoring system layouts, wiring diagram, Sequence of operation as per project requirements.• Design & coordinate HVAC Control Integration with Fire alarm system, Access control system, DCS system & Electrical system. • Design & develop field marshalling box for control equipment’s & field instruments.• To make check & follow Control panel board/ control wiring / equipment selection/ termination, as per Canadian Standards Association (CSA), IEC, NEMA, UL, BS, IP.
