About Dalibor Markovic

As the Head of Engineering, I lead a team of WP Leaders, Technical Signatories and Professionals to deliver high-quality technical solutions, meeting the requirements of time, cost, and quality. With over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, I have a strong background in engineering, project management, business development and innovation, as well as a proven track record of leading advanced international projects with complex stakeholder networks, suppliers and csutomers (across Europe, North America, India, South Korea etc). I have maintained commercial focus with business development experience through research and innovation, decision-making, product improvement and cost reduction projects.I have successfully led and coordinated the wing structure work packages for various aerospace programmes, securing the wing structure certification technical coverage and documentation completeness, as well as providing strategic planning, resource allocation and risk mitigation solutions. I have also developed and implemented team strategies to achieve the overall vision of wing systems installation and engaged external suppliers and partners to support the technical delivery.
