As a CEO I was responsible for running the company/startup:- business development and opening new markets- project management- product manager (from idea to the sales)- writing EU projects- negotiations - planning marketing activities- hiring- budgeting- everything that a company needs to keep running Here is the short timeline: 2019 – focus on Once Video Analyser, creating a best tool for a video analysis2018 – development of the Once Swimming application for the Croatian swimming association. Performance analysis of swimming races or training sessions. Analyze stroke frequency, stroke length, velocity, turns, split times…2017 -development of Once Video Analyser: software for video analysis with graphics like on television for coaches2016 -R&D project ONCE TRACKING co-financed by the European Union. Development of algorithms for detection and tracking players. On the project, we have worked with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. 2015 - development of Once Stitcher: Easily create a panorama and tactical video from 1, 2, or 3 cameras.2015 - Croatian national television using Once for football match analysis 2014 - RTL Television using Once for handball and football match analysis 2014 - a project with Kicker GmbH (kicker.de) for seasons 2014/15 and 2015/16. Kicker has more than 80 million unique visitors monthly. Development of Android and iOS applications (tablet and mobile) and match analysis service.2013 -the start of the ongoing cooperation with Aspire Academy (Qatar) on the project for World Cup 2022. Development of an iPad application for top management and match analysis service. 2012 –the iPad application didn't perform as planned and the management was changed. I was named as CEO. The first step was to stabilize the company with external projects and then develop a scalable product.2011 -Once sport is founded and released the first iPad application in the world for detailed match analysis

During my study, I was working as an administrator and doing some basic paperwork.

I was responsible for organizing all CRANE's activities: - selecting startups for presentation - preparing them for presentation- organizing events- networking - web administration - community management - working on projects financed by European Union- cooperation with other Institutions etc.- development of startup scene in Croatia During my mandate, members have invested in 20 projects over 2 million euros, organized more than 60 different events, the biggest was EBAN WU Conference 2016 with more than 1200 attendees and keynote speaker was Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden.

The main purpose of the project BPC is to provide students the opportunity and encouragement to develop their business idea into usable and professionally developed business plan, which is all they need to find investors and partners. With additional education, interesting speakers, interactive lectures and workshops, as well as aims to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit. The project promotes entrepreneurship, general business literacy, and staying young people and education in Croatia, with new and original ideas.
