- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.- Management of hotel budget in coordination with the General Manager.- Development of individual program budgets- Disbursement of checks for hotel expenses.- Organization of fiscal documents.- Regular meetings with General Manager around fiscal planning.- Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.- Develop and manage annual budget - Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.- Reconciling daily, monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.- Assisting General Manager and Board in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow- Maintaining inter department's archival and administrative files.- Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.- Develop, maintain and monitor all fundraising and accounting systems and procedures capturing all pledges, billings and receipts and for the recording of all revenue transactions, recommend and implement improvements to systems.- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each Deaprtment (HR, F&B, House Keeping, Sales and front Desk, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between departments.- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

• Responsible for all F&B operations in the area of supervision • Taking care that all machines are working properly, that there are enough chemicals, cleaning materials, working equipments • Making schedules for the employees, dealing with Time Cards, and overtime supervision• Organizing the service, taking care that there are always enough food and condiments on the buffet line, taking care about inventory and making requisition of the food and condiments on a daily base• Running all specialty restaurants, making sure that everything is working correctly and in time manner• Making meetings with the employees, solving problems on a daily base• Taking care that everyone has clean uniform, comes for duty on time, shaved and well presented• Making self USPH inspections in the morning on the daily base, checking that USPH rules are respecting at all the time of the operations• Check the temperatures of the refrigerators, dish wash and pot wash machines • Making different types of trainings for all employees, helping them to understand well all aspects of the job• Handle guest complains…
