Adventural is a rural tourism platform enabling inbound travel agencies to create and sell multi-day rural experiences both on our marketplace and their own websites through integrations.Our integrated solution provides tools for agencies to create exciting stories around obscure and interesting rural places unique to their local cultural, historical, and natural heritage. These stories are then shaped into multi-day travel experiences and sold on our rural tourism marketplace. We work directly with local partner agencies to create an entire rural tourism ecosystem with travel experiences, village activities, agricultural products, and more - and shape it into a tourism product unique to that particular village.We target travelers who want to fully experience the local culture, customs, and everyday life of local people instead of just visiting them for a couple of hours and getting back to their accommodation. That way, travelers bypass outbound travel agencies and independently book their entire travel experience directly on our platform.

Kapacitet was an agency for management, consulting, and software services in tourism and hospitality that provided a complete service to hoteliers and other accommodation owners - from advice on starting and running a tourism and hospitality business to staff training to software solutions for reservations.Kapacitet was my first venture. After over a year of work and numerous satisfied clients, I decided to close it to focus on my technology-driven startup, Adventural.

Product Design• Resume Page Redesign. Redesigned a resume page for a career website.• Web Design. Designed 3 WordPress websites, learned how to use HTML/CSS, and acquired basic web design skills.• Graphic Design. Designed a product catalog for a stone blocks manufacturer, improved Photoshop skills, and gained some graphic design experience.Other Projects• Event Management. Created and implemented plans and concepts for the visual effects (VFX) and digital arts meetup and attracted more than 100 participants.• Artist Management. Managed career, finances, and song production of an original rock band. Responsible for the image and branding of the band. Booked and organized a tour in 3 countries and 11 cities.

Infomedia develops custom software and internet marketing solutions with the purpose of web sales and package distribution. While working there I had both product and project management responsibilities. Main achievements:• Built a web platform that became the basis for starting the telemarketing business of the company, secured stable sales growth of products on 20+ markets for more than 3 years and helped increase the company size from 20 to 100+ people. • Trained on remote and onboarded on the call center web application over 70 call agents from more than 20 countries and led them in reaching and surpassing sales goals for 30+ types of products.• Started more than 30 strategic partnerships with telecommunications companies and scaled the business to 17 European and 1 African market.

IT-based Internship "Moja Praksa" within Partnership for Innovation Project is being organized by USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with Innovation Centre Banja Luka.Training included theoretical education, teamwork, project management, and advanced project management lectures and workshops.Work practice consisted of an extensive marketing campaign for the IT company BitLab Ltd.
