• Answering general enquiries relating to UAE-Canada procedures via telephone and e-mail • Provide information on Consular Services procedures to the general public• Assist the Consular Services Department in attesting and verifying documentation • Assist the Consular Officers in the preparation of attesting personal/commercial documentation• Prepare e-mail templates and procedural guidelines, to be provided to the general public• Greet high level guests and dignitaries to the Consulate General while respecting security protocol • Receiving incoming mail, registering outgoing mail, and performing relevant security procedures• Take meeting minutes during the staff meetings, and distribute it to all departments• Purchasing stationery for the Consulate General while respecting the selected budget • Monitor daily news regarding the UAE and Canada• Providing all services in Arabic and English

• Uphold excellent standards of internal and external customer service at all times• Identifying issues to propose solutions to maintain excellent service and interactions• Prepare staff schedules for a fourteen day period • Submit payrolls for all staff members • Maximise rooms’ revenue through liaising with Reservations• Contact external stakeholders to promote Hotel Revenue
