Touch ‘n Go ~ the Sole Payment System Platform Provider for the Malaysian Transportation Sector.The driver for Business Innovation and Expansion for Touch ‘n Go. Identified new business opportunities, and drove product and services implementation and expansion across sectors.- Involved in the establishment of the Touch ‘n Go business expansion roadmap and strategic planning roadmap. - Driver and Project Manager for the expansion of Touch ‘n Go products and services through strategic alliances and partnerships with Highway Concessionaires, Government Bodies, Financial Institutions and Telecommunication Companies.- Extension of platform vertically, to Retail Sector and horizontally, with Loyalty Platform capability.- Implementation of new Card Technology and Form Factors to the market.
