I’m Dalila, an accomplished, customer-focused Business Improvement Manager, expert in delivering value for money and innovation through supply chain, logistics and contract management. During my 20+ year career, I have delivered notable process and systems improvements in highly regulated environments across diverse sectors including Defence, Military Supply Chain, Just in Time 1st Tier Automotive and the Service Sector.I’m able to quickly identify opportunities for increased efficiency and growth, adopting a common-sense, holistic approach to dig below the surface and uncover root cause issues across structure, process and people. I implemented an In-Service Supply contract for a newly designed armoured fighting vehicle, executing ahead of schedule, achieving significant cost avoidance within 6 months and gaining recognition as the ‘Go To’ person for logistical integration of UK MoD processes.My previous role at AMCO Services saw me establishing a new Centre of Excellence, enabling delivery of spares to the MoD for a new vehicle being deployed under Urgent Operational Requirements. I was particularly proud to meet the 6-week target for first delivery to customer, whilst delivering 400,000 individual parts in 5 years, achieving 99.99% performance vs 95% target and 100% inventory accuracy.I am passionate about assembling and leading high-performing teams, realising individual potential and developing the right people to propel the business forward.
