Credit Training and Development is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. Especially, focus on Small Business Loan, Medium Business Loan and Commercial Loan. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.Duties/Responsibilities:• Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.• Manage and conduct coaching program and sales skill program for internal team ( BM, DBM, Credit Supervisors and Credit Officers)• Manage E-learning Platform • Develops training and development programs and objectives.• Administers spending against the departmental budget.• Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.• Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.• Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.• Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.• Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.• Modifies programs as needed.• Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.• Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

- Analyze skills gaps of agents networks across Sales and Distribution and work with appropriate parties to bridge those gaps- Initiate agent onboarding program and training programs to continuously improve the quality of agents in terms of customer services standard, product knowledge, training and operating manual, to ensure risk prevention and fraud awareness is optimized and reduced.- Provide effective and innovative training delivery to agents both offline and online digital communication channel to agents across the whole Sales and Distribution channel.- Contribute to the production of creative tools to assist agents to maximize their daily productivity and performance.- Conduct research to instantly improve the content and delivery methods of relevant training courses and development initiatives.- Serve as a central point for knowledge and skill for training for agents.- Work closely with sales management teams in organizing channel-related events, especially on sides of providing extraordinary experience.- Initiate and organize public event management for Diamond and Gold agent town hall, define protocol, partnership event initiated by Sales and Distribution Department.

- Closely work with Head of Product Training to deliver business results per management’s expectations. - Conduct all Agent Trainings Program together with Head of Product Training and other subject experts to qualify both agents and staff.- Work with Product Training Coordinator for direction to ensure the availability of all training facilities, logistics and training aids. - Control all training expenses in the assigned programs with certain allocation by Head of Product Training to ensure that the expenses are within the allocated budget line. - Join development and improvement all training tools, materials and record with advices. - Attend the Train-The-Trainer training and workshop to upgrade training skills and experiences such as pedagogy, tools, technology, etc. - Research all related training topics for regular update and up-skills for the training.- Ensure the assigned Training Agenda is driven smoothly.- Immediately report if any urgent cases happen during training to Line Manager if any critical issues cannot be solved. - Work closely with relevant departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations Support, Logistics etc. to seek their assistance and their information update for the agents Training. - Represent Line Manager to drive all training workshop agenda if any.- Train Training coordinator to assist as co-facilitator on energizer and class activities.
