My job responsibilities include; 1. Spearheaded the development and execution of different digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms to promote upcoming events and activities for Children of the Mekong in its operational region,2. Maintained a dynamic and active presence for the NGO on platforms such as, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn,3. Created platform-specific content to ensure optimal audience reach and engagement, tailoring each post to the unique style and format of each social media channel, 4. Enhanced and upheld the Children of the Mekong brand image and reputation by developing a distinct brand template to ensure a clear and effective communication of the NGO’s message through consistent branding efforts; 5. Managed and responded to all inquiries and comments from the social media audience, providing detailed information about the organization’s work and facilitating connections with appropriate personnel.

Oversaw the preparation and organization of events and conferences, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. I served as the primary liaison to the event planning manager, facilitating communication and coordination. My responsibilities included overseeing guest relations, providing exceptional hospitality, and ensuring all guests received exemplary care and attention. Additionally, I upheld the highest standards of hotel quality throughout events, making sure all attendees have a positive experience.

Selected to direct the annual school theatre production, leading a team of 40 talented cast and crew members in staging Federico Garcia Lorca's "Blood Wedding," a play exploring themes of love, social constructs, and societal oppression. I successfully managed and directed three performances over two days, each receiving overwhelming positive responses from the audience. My responsibilities included leading acting workshops, planning rehearsal schedules, and collaborating closely with the crew to bring the artistic vision to life.

Provided translation services for over 200 local and international artists and students, facilitating effective communication and cultural exchange. I received professional artist training development, directly working alongside experts, which enhanced my skills and knowledge in the field. I was subsequently promoted to Assistant to the Ensemble Leader, where I supported leadership in organizing and managing artistic activities. I was awarded the first "ISTA Young Artist" certificate in recognition of my contribution and achievements.
