Currento Work on projects that focus on the planning and development of new master planned communities. Create new planning policies and regulations that guide the development of new mixed-use neighbourhoods with supporting infrastructure, streets, paths, parks and potentially other public facilities. o Review current planning policies and existing land use regulations and context, formulate new policies, and develop implementation tools and strategies.o Create public engagement strategies and work closely with the Municipality’s Public Relations and o Corporate Communications team to create and conduct a public engagement program.o Provide guidance on planning matters relating to projects to senior management, Standing Committees of Council, Regional Council, Task Force on Housing, and the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
