Monitor all the import and export schedule of the shipment and coordinate accordingly to internal concern personnel, supplier, customer and agents for proper hand over of all the necessary related to shipment.Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping invoices, packing list and other documents.Prepare all the necessary permit (Municipality, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior, Federal Authority on Nuclear Regular and other Government entities) needed for the clearance of the shipment.Receives products and checking for completeness, if no damage and coordinates delivery.Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates to keep cost down where possible. Update the files of each shipment and monitor accordingly.

Receive and register provided documents for all shipment.Inspect and verify outgoing goods against invoice or other documents record shortage and reject damage goods.Maintain internal, manual and computerized record keeping system.Review completeness of documentation and prepare document transmittal. Perform document quality check in accordance with the Company's document control procedure.Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of delivery. Coordinate with the customers, supplier and internal personnel which are concerns to the delivery and orders and to incoming shipment.
