Dalitso Kuphanga is a seasoned Program and Policy expert with a robust background in monitoring & evaluation and Fundraising. He has successfully managed projects focusing on Women's Rights and Gender, political and Civic participation, Early Childhood Development, TB, COVID 19, Water Sanitation and Hygiene and HIV/AIDS. During his tenure, Dalitso has been instrumental in mobilizing and providing comprehensive technical and management support for partnership funding. Notably, he secured $29.9 million (2016-2017) and $30 million (2018-2020) for the Joint TB/HIV program from the Global Fund with ActionAid Malawi and $3.5 Million under the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP) for ActionAid Liberia with Plan Liberia as Prime.In addition to his national achievements, Dalitso has extensive international experience. He currently lead the Program and Policy team for ActionAid Liberia, engaging with international donors and partner countries. His international portfolio further underscores his capability to navigate and influence complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Dalitso served as an alternate member of the Malawi Global Fund Coordinating Committee, representing ActionAid as the TB/HIV Principal Recipient. He is also a Specialist Member of the Southern Africa Institute of Health Care Managers (SAIHM) and a Member of the International AIDS Society (IAS).
