It was a great opportunity of my career life that I got a chance to visit German for study tour month of August in 2015. The program organized GIZ & ILO. Twenty four members were present in this study tour. Eight members from RMG factory management side, eight members from MOLE & eight members from RMG factory worker side. I was one of the luckiest person of them and learned lot of things from this study tour. The training name was Tripartite Social Dialogue of Bangladesh in German. Main focus subjects were German Social Accident Insurance, Social Dialogue & Work Place Safety of this study tour. We were one month from 03.08.15 to 28.08.15 in German for study tour. At last we have achieved a valuable certificate from DGUV of German.
