Responsible for supervision (8.450KM×2) of rigid pavement in Tunnel (PQC) with proper specifications.

Responsible for execution/Supervision of road, Bridges and building works. Inspection and monitoring of progress related to Highway and Bridges. Checking the Shop drawing as well as construction drawing. Preparation and reviewing the method of statement, Preparing of weekly/ Monthly reports, insuring quality control of construction work, Executing and supervising the construction work as per MORTH and FIDIC specification. Making coordination with the client (Power Development Corp.) Preparing the minutes of meeting, reporting and assisting to the Project Manager. Checking of Bar Bending Schedule of various structures, checking the bills as per quantities. Review and acceptance of test results for aggregates sands, borrow, cements, concrete, and bitumen. Review and acceptance mix design proposals for granular sub base, wet mix macadam, premix carpet seal coat and various grades of concrete mix. Construction of deck slab, quality control checking during concreting operation, checking of proper workability of specified grade of concrete ensuring optimum vibration of concrete for proper compaction, laying of filter media behind abutment, wing wall and return wall of various structures as well as RCC retaining wall for the proper drainage of water as per approved drawings and specification.

Responsible for Planning, co-coordinating and executing reconnaissance, alignment and topographical surveys using latest technique such as GPS, Total station, etc. Performing various tests regarding construction of state highway. Maintaining coordination with client (MSRDC) and discussing the issues regarding construction of state highway with them. Making daily, weekly, as well as monthly progress reports and submitted them to the client. Executing the related highway works like construction of culverts (pipe culverts, Box culverts) as per specifications and also as per drawings. Executing quantities as per drawings and also involve in Billing to the sub-contractors.
