Working in conjunction with a range of Housing services I am responsible for putting in place mechanisms to capture and maintain accurate information about the condition of the stock both now and in the future. Also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of property and asset data and managing and maintaining control of the Council’s asset and property databases. Accountable for the collation and regular review and updating of programme delivery data in relation to all Hackney Councils Housing Investment Programmes and be responsible for ensuring that all council homes are maintained and the investment needs are identified, and that resources are maximised and used to optimal effect.Also reviewing the Asset Management software system and the Risk/Compliance systems ensuring that they are fit for purpose and specify any replacement system.
