I have assisted and provided services to many high profile clients like BHS, First Great Western, Halfords, IHG Group, IPCC, National Probation Services, Superdrug, World Duty Free, Waitrose and Xerox constantly achieving and exceeding our SLA agreements. I have exceptional Hardware and Software skills and a confident user of Microsoft Products from Windows to the Office Suite. I have held various Manufactures Hardware Accreditations. I have previously held Security Clearance for NPS (SC) and for BAA Airports across the UK and had also been DV Cleared for the Home Office.
