• Reconcile Store to Store transfers, Trial Balances for merchandise accounts, and billing of Draft Errors requiring reimbursement from vendors• Review Cost of Sales and End of Month Recap, including all necessary cost of sales entries relating to special items, merchandise, and audits for assigned markets. • Research irregularities in Gross Profit percentage and process any necessary corrections. • Verify and confirm accurate results of assigned audits which includes, but is not limited to review of suspense items and audit worksheet data calculations• Review large overages/shortages and consult with Inventory Control Manager as necessary • Review all monthly payments for accuracy and process necessary corrections. • Ensure tickets processed/transmitted are paid to the correct vendor in a timely manner• Prepare adjustment entries as needed to maintain payable and accrual account accuracy
