I am passionate about promoting human health through safe development and quality assurance of innovative drugs. I create strategies and solve problems in developing methods for pharmaceutical and biological samples that are fit-for-purpose and meet regulatory requirements.My expertise includes a wide range of analytical chemistry techniques, including LC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, IC, ELISA, and lateral flow technology.A few of my most notable contributions to date include: Serving as subject matter expert (SME) in method development, sample preparation, and mass spectrometry. Elucidating an impurity structure through peptide mapping using LC-MS. Developing methods to enhance detection and to detect new analytes. Applying excellent communication skills to write technical reports and SOPs and present research results to diverse audiences.  Authoring a book chapter on regulatory status of nutraceuticals in Canada and the United States. Securing $300K in grants.
