Job Responsibility Conduct Factory audit based on OVS Requirements.  Conduct AQL based inspection in Factory across different part of India.  Coordinate with buyers for issues related with styling, fittings, testing and safety norms.  Reviewing test repots, if required provide commercial approval and coordinate with nominated labs.  Coordinate with merchandising team for production status and support to maintain on time deliveries. Coordinate with sustainability team in HO (Italy) and supplier for sustainability programs like OEKO-TEX, BCI, HIGG, FAMA.  Maintain & coordinate with HO for sustainability & Quality related data.  Handling additional responsibility of Q.A coordination for day-to-day activities, planning, Q.A allocations and production issues solutions.  Reporting to Office Manager.

 Looking after Amazon US Account from development to Production.  Coordinate with buyer for fitting closers.  Making graded specs based on approved base size.  Coordinate with testing lab for tests reports.  Coordinate with Factory for Samples, Production & Inspections.  Coordinate with factory and Third-party Inspection Company for inspections.  Coordinate with Designers in new development for Buyers.  Report to MM & Owner of Company.

 To ensure that garments are made as per the Quality standards of Buyer. Coordinate with Buyer/ Buying Agent regarding technical issues.

Gurgaon, India

 Coordinate with the Buyer, Merchants and technicians. Updating production status and discuss the technical issue with technicians. Conduct new factory Evaluation as per standard set by Company. Conduct Quality inspections at suppliers spread across Delhi, NCR and Jaipur. Planning inspection as per allocated factories and running style. Reporting to Q.A Manager.

Noida

 Conduct AQL based final Inspections at PLATFORM. Quality inspections at suppliers spread across Delhi, NCR, Ludhiana, Chandigarh and Ahmadabad. Conducting Third party Inspection for BUYING AGENCIES & DIRECT SUPPLIER. Looking after the sampling part for Proto, Fit, size set, pps and Shipment samples and making communication regarding the clarification for technical aspects. Conducting pre-production meeting along with merchandisers and the concerned supplier focusing all critical areas, delivering right solutions proactively. Analysing the quality control point in pilot and Inline inspections. Communication with merchandising team, updating production status, farseeing problems, and support to maintain on time deliveries.  Keeping status records of the shipment to avoid delays, control rejections and focus for on time delivery. Advising the factory on quality control systems regarding cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, ironing, packing. Conduct internal lab tests like pull test, wash test etc. Reporting direct to Team Leader and Q.A Manager..
