I am a passionate and dedicated lobbyist and lawyer who specializes in state legislation and regulatory issues. I am currently the managing partner at Roy & Leroy Government Relations LLC, a leading lobbying firm that serves Connecticut businesses, non-profits, and trade associations. I am also the principal of my own law practice, where I advise clients on various regulatory matters. I hold a JD with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and I am admitted to practice in both state and federal courts.As the managing partner at Roy & Leroy, I lead a team of experienced and skilled lobbyists who advocate for our clients' interests and goals at the state capitol. I have successfully lobbied for legislation and policies that benefit various sectors, such as health care, education, energy, and transportation. I also provide strategic political consulting and analysis to help our clients navigate the complex and dynamic Connecticut political landscape. As the principal of my own law practice, I serve as the Corporation Counsel for the Town of West Hartford, where I represent the town in legal matters and provide legal advice to the town council and administration. I also handle cases involving civil litigation, administrative law, municipal law, and land use. I use my extensive knowledge and experience in lobbying and regulatory issues to provide effective and efficient legal solutions to my clients.
