As the Head of Marine Operations and Shipping at Sempra's Port Arthur LNG (PALNG) Terminal, I manage the development and implementation of policies and standards to ensure safe, secure, and efficient LNG marine operations. Provides marine expertise and support in managing the design, engineering, construction, commissioning, initial operations, and day-to-day operation of the marine related activities at PALNG. Analyzes and identify risks and potential opportunities embedded in the process of making/taking delivery of LNG. Monitors and provides oversight of the day-to-day LNG marine aspects of commercial agreements with capacity stakeholders to include performance and operation requirements of vessels calling at PALNG.
