This team worked closely with the AT&T Labs development team in introducing and testing new system changes to be approved in the lab for production use. o The team deployed the Real Time Transaction Platform (RTTP) into the production U-verse network. This platform handles thousands of service path traffic requests for the customer care tool ISAAC to perform customer Set Top Box (STB) diagnostics. The second function of RTTP is to handle all Yahoo! RDVR transactions for customers scheduling movies from the internet. The second phase of the deployment included all customer STB activations for the national network. The successful deployment of RTTP into the production network was on schedule and encountered no customer impacting outages. -

These initiatives include moving ATTIS NOC functions into the classic AT&T COE model and automating Tier I. • Managed three teams that support the operations and development of the ATTIS NOC organization. o Directed a team of 7 Manager Technical Analysts (MTA) that are the subject matter experts for each of the IP technology platforms that are surveyed by the ATTIS NOC. They mentor, provide hip pocket training, and track the skill sets of each of the 60 ATTIS NOC engineers per platform. They work with the NOC management to create specialized training tracks on each NOC engineer so that they will become proficient and finally certified on the various technologies. o Managed a team of 4 trainers that develop and implement formalized training for the ATTIS and ASI surveillance organizations. The team developed and delivered an in-house CCNA certification course consisting of 8 days of practice tests and labs. Trainers were key in the integration of the high profile HIPCS platform into the ATTIS NOC by providing documentation and training. This training consisted of how to support, troubleshoot, and resolve VoIP issues for our customer base. In the year of 2005, this team provided a gross savings to ATTIS in training of $1.5 million. o Supervised a team of 2 Long Term Analysts that performed daily SPG ticket scrubs for the NOC to insure data integrity for vendor remediation, executive reporting, outage trending, and network health tracking. Provided reports monthly for meetings with Telco and ASI regarding network outage impact to ATTIS customers. -
