From my previous experience as a factory manager whom constructed, deconstructed, packaged and repaired the Riva equipment, to this sales role i have been able to bring a whole new level of education and understanding.I now am in control of maintaining and growing the Queensland state for Riva Ice Cream Dispensers. My role requires me to perform tasks such as cold calling, following up, visiting and checking up on existing customers.This role as QLD sales representative has allowed me to significantly develop my relationship & network building skills through constant personal interaction.As a result my personality has become very lively, uplifting, energetic, happy and outgoing.

Straight out of year 12 I commenced this job with Riva Ice Cream Dispensing Systems.This role as factory manager allowed me to gain not only basic mechanical knowledge about the function of the Riva product, but the supply chain and logistics network setup within the organisation.The factory role allowed me to build a basis of knowledge around the Riva System and its operations.From this role I was able to gain teamwork skills, leadership skills, inattentiveness and gain an optimistic outlook on the future of Riva's development.
