Responsible for the overall project management of the various internal and third-party events held in the Health Innovation Center. Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all events produced by the Institute for Health Innovation (IHI), both in the Health Innovation Center and those located off-site,primarily at 112 Pike Street in Covington. These events range from VIP visits to industry conferences toadult educational programs to K-12 programs to departmental meetings. This position is the main pointof contact for third party organizations and vendors in relation to these events. Key responsibilitiesinclude ensuring logistical success of the events and providing excellent customer service to all partiesusing the Health Innovation Center facilities. In addition to event management responsibilities, theEvents & Social Media Coordinator will manage the IHI’s social media outlets including Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, as well as manage the IHI’s website and monthly e-newsletter. The Events & Social Media Coordinator also oversees several undergraduate student workers to assist this position in carrying out its responsibilities.

Entrusted with managing the brand identity, streamlining communications, and overseeing website updates. A significant aspect of my role has involved producing designs that capture the essence of Paloozanoire's mission, totaling over 300 creations for various purposes such as social media, newsletters, brand guides, and company websites. I've also been instrumental in leading event branding efforts, where I've not only developed branding and content but also managed assistants and ensured data integrity reporting directly to the Director. Notable accomplishments include spearheading the development of branding and content for the Juneteenth Block Party campaign, which drew an impressive attendance of 15,000 individuals across diverse age groups. Similarly, I've led efforts for the Black and Brown Faces Art Exhibition. Through strategic branding initiatives and creative endeavors, I've contributed significantly to Paloozanoire's mission of cultural empowerment and community engagement.
