- Organizes office operations and procedures- Handles external and internal communication and management systems.- Assists in coordination of events. - Assists in overall marketing efforts.- Audience Development Coordination. - Provides superior quality customer service to clients, customers, and sponsors.- Invoicing, payroll, human resources.- Local accounts payable and receivables manager. - Provides end-to-end solutions should conflicts arise.

- Manage, coordinate and oversee all aspects of clients GO, RELO, REMO Kit fulfillment, including, but not limited to, Kit list creation, order initiation, tracking/delivery confirmation and issue resolution. - Assist client in managing, producing and fulfilling signage and collateral projects, including but not limited to, gathering specifications, quantities, distro lists, creating timelines, providing project updates, and tracking/delivery information. - Assist in proofing of ads, print and collateral materials as needed. - Provide end-to-end solutions and support to client's marketing department during promotional rollouts and the entire printing process of POP materials.- Help with marketing strategies from beginning brainstorming to final execution.
