With over two decades of hands-on experience across various roles such as Fee Appraiser, Mass Appraiser, Appraisal Coordinator, Property Manager, Loan Officer, and Real Estate Broker, I bring a comprehensive understanding and deep expertise to the field of real estate appraisal. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered top-tier service, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability.In addition to my extensive professional background, I actively contribute to the advancement of the real estate appraisal industry through my roles on several influential boards and committees. I currently serve on the Executive Board for the West Puget Sound Chapter (WPSC) of IAAO and am a proud member of the Board of Directors and the Legislative Committee for the Appraisers Coalition of Washington (ACOW). My commitment to the profession is further demonstrated by my designation as a member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and my candidacy for the Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES) designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).Recently, I have been privileged to represent ACOW at the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) Board of Governors meeting, and I had the honor of moderating the Highest and Best Use Panel at the ACOW Spring Conference. Additionally, I testified before the Washington State Consumer Protection and Business Committee on behalf of ACOW regarding Property Data Collectors (PDC), advocating for important industry standards and practices. I was also a featured speaker at the WPSC IAAO Spring Conference, where I shared legislative insights.Beyond my professional commitments, I am deeply invested in my community. I serve as Treasurer for the Dream Playground Foundation and as a Commissioner for the City of Port Angeles Parks, Recreation, and Beautification Commission. These roles allow me to actively contribute to enhancing the quality of life in our local area, reflecting my dedication to both my profession and my community
