Consult with and produce for new and existing clients, on all of their graphic production needs, including but not limited to Store Graphics, Exterior Signage (Banners, 3D Signage and Billboards), Vehicle Graphics, POP/Tradeshow Displays, etc. Project managing production, kitting and shipping if needed for single to large store rollouts.

I was with PVS for over 10.5 years in various roles, for the last 8.5 years I had various titles including Account Executive, Sales & Marketing Manager to my final title, Graphic Strategist. This I felt truly hit the proverbial nail on the head. My main objective was to help clients with their strategy of promoting their products, services, etc., by consulting with them, offering creative input and engineering custom Graphic Images for production, along with any prototyping of fixtures, POP Displays and other semi-permanent to permanent displays. Following through by project managing production, kitting and shipping if needed for single to large store roll-outs. I enjoyed seeing the success of my clients as well as my own over those years and truly value the experience and friends that I gained.

Through my various roles in life, one seemed to come naturally and that was networking, relationships and working with people. In this role I interviewed potential employee's and reviewed portfolio's, established and updated employee handbooks and company policies and procedures. Researched and implemented changes in Benefits for companies, including Health and 401K. Maintened Safety and MSDA information. While I was in this role I also wore many hats for both companies, acting as a GM at most times, involved in high level company decision making as well as helping on the 'floor' at PVS when an extra hand was needed.

This was the original position I was hired for at Opus Creative, which required me to manage Graphic Design and Website development Projects, as well as other aspects of the overall human resource and office management required in a small business at the time. I was the 14th employee at the time on a combined PVS and Opus Creative payroll, and helped in the transformation of both companies over time.

I was recruited by my previous District Manager from MMR, and enjoyed the different experience of working for a larger company, with systems and a strong culture of customer orientated service, that I could get behind. The experience helped me with future endeavors and it probably didn't hurt that Managing a 'coffee shop' I got off early enough to do a lot of wakeboarding in the summer.

This was a career step that I was most proud of, after presenting an award winning Marketing program as a Retail Store Manager, I helped create and was responsible for a local store marketing program in the Portland Metropolitan area. Where I established relationships with area programs such as PSU Athletics, provided the teams with nutritious meals in exchange for promoting the company at games and other events on and around campus. In addition continued Managing one of the Chains 20+ locations at the same time. While working for MMR I gained friends and professional relationships that I have sustained over the years.
