With my experience I am a perfect fit to assist with input and testing of new development prior to it's release.While onsite during integration's I provide training as well as setup and conversion from previous software's to HVMS.I work daily with tools such as SQL Server (2005+) and Crystal Reports to ensure client requests are addressed.For support I utilize tools such as Helpdesk and Livechat. These tools allow me to manage requests and proper delegation of tasks and requests.Other key parts of Inova that I am involved in are Trade Shows where I will either be attending the Booth for Demos of HVMS or special speaking engagements for support or sales. I am also available for one on one demos in person or Online.
