My responsibilities include UX Design & Prototyping in Figma, Sketch, Invision and Mural/Miro with the adherence to both the Fidelity and Salesforce Lightening design systems. I also setup and led interview sessions with our front line sales and service associates to glean valuable insights to help improve their workflow in the Salesforce product. Other tasks include affinity and journey mapping, persona creation, contribution to design sprints and the hosting of design flare sessions with adherence to UXR best practices.Overall during my time at Fidelity I helped lead the charge to create the best experience for sales and service associates to enhance their workflow and tools within the Salesforce product.

Duties included UX Design & Prototyping in Figma, HTML/CSS template build and integration within Oracle’s Eloqua CMS for the American Airlines Latin America Marketing Campaign.
