Each morning I would be in charge of a correlation meeting where multiple reps would be trained on specific parts of the account acquisition. As a leader I would have to lead by example. My accomplishments in 3 years as a manager include procuring 1,874 accounts as a team which resulted in $5,845,905 revenue gain for the company and helping develop 41 reps.
