Focused on corporate financial reporting processes, including financial systems/GL as well as internal, SEC, and other regulatory reporting. Also performed and oversaw testing related to the Equity and Goodwill/Intangibles business processes. Lastly, oversaw testing of investments for the audits of the bank's employee benefit plans, including 401(k) plans and Pension plans.

Worked on the audit of a super-regional bank and subsidiaries. Focused in the treasury areas, including derivatives/hedging, tax-advantaged investments, private equity investments, and debt. Additionally worked on the stand-alone audits of consolidated private equity funds, focusing on the equity waterfalls and purchases and sales of investments made by the funds. Lastly, involved in the audits of the bank's employee benefit plans, including 401(k) plans and Pension plans, with a specific focus on testing investments held in those plans.
