Lead researcher for VR hardware product marketing insights. Partners with other data-providing teams (i.e., User Research and Data Science) to deliver impactful insights to our product, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.

Promoted in-role in August 2021. Responsible for owning end-to-end insights needs for various Reality Labs (AR/VR) products and initiatives during tenure: Facebook Portal product marketing insights, Reality Labs brand and cross-product strategic initiatives, and VR hardware product marketing insights.

Promoted in-role in November 2019. Owned end-to-end market research needs for Alexa Smart Home organization. Partnered with product, marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders to ensure the delivery of customer-obsessed products, features, and experiences.

Responsible for analyzing data from experiments, surveys, and other sources through predictive modelling and other various statistical methods (i.e. clustering/segmentation, conjoint/choice modeling, discriminant analysis, regression, factor analysis, decision trees, structural equation models). Supports research design and consults with research management and developer teams to ensure we're providing actionable, data-driven insights to our clients.

Supported all phases of marketing research projects. Further responsibilities included: preparing proposals and bids; writing questionnaires and qualitative protocols; supervising survey programming, data collection and data tabulation; and preparing analysis and report development plans. Spearheaded efforts to bridge the gap between insights and advanced analytics.
