If you told the high school version of myself that I would one day be sitting in an office crunching numbers and absolutely loving my job, I would have laughed at you! In high school I took every opportunity to surf, climb, and run and showed very little interest in my education. My senior year I looked forward to my two year service mission in Ghana West Africa and dreaded the thought of college. I thought Ghana would fuel my love for adventure not knowing it would push me to get an education and into the world of corporate finance and accounting.After marrying my best friend and getting a Business Finance degree from Brigham Young University Idaho, I now work for Crispy Cones as the Director of Accounting. I love developing and finetuning internal controls, coordinating audits, budgeting and forecasting, strategic financial planning, working with suppliers, and making sure our franchisees are as successful as possible.
