Developed a recurring e-commerce revenue stream to an existing brick and mortar environment with growth from $0 to $800k/yr+ in 48 months (breaking the $1MM mark in 2018). Managed products across eBay, Amazon and the Advantage Rigging website. Daily activities included customer service, order fulfillment, and focus on growth by leveraging CPM/CPA campaigns, cross promotion, SEO/social media and more. Analytics allowed for a deeper understanding of customer cost of acquisition, lifetime value and sales cycle. A relentless focus on customer-centric behavior through all platforms has allowed Advantage Rigging to become one of the fastest growing online retailers within its market segment.

A continuation of prior work for Equine.com, this focus was on the small business sector post-recession. With the means to target an audience by breed, disciple and location, this position created the highest relevance for advertisers in order to create value and ROI.

As a premier e-commerce solution, Pinnacle Cart aims to put the power of today's technology into the hands of business owners. In the Business Sales realm, this meant growing a portfolio of Re-sellers, of which many white label the product as their own. This was a new position for the company, where reseller sales cycle was previously and unknown. Over $100k in reseller sales was seen in the 12 months spent in this position.

As Director of Advertising through multiple acquisitions, I managed and grew the advertising portfolio for Equine.com. Catering to the equine market, Equine.com partnered with premiere equine publications such as EQQUS, Horse and Rider, and Dressage Today to compliment print advertising with web. This partnership brought about new opportunities to increase advertiser relevance and improve audience response. Using third party delivery platforms (Zedo/Doubleclick) we were able to serve small to large clients and in-house developers catered to custom client needs such as mini-sites. Managed and supported growth for a client portfolio of nearly $750k/year in revenue.
