Armed with a new degree in Marketing and 15 years of experience, I am eager to join an innovative company where I can put my talents to use working with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and collaborate on marketing strategies and projects. While earning my degree, I held an executive assistant position at Beauty Reaction where I coordinated the marketing, sales, and distribution of branded beauty products to major retailers, including multiple marketing campaigns, working with the CEO and Sales and Marketing teams. The last two years have given me the opportunity to test drive my marketing and social media skills for two restaurants using my creative skills, analytical abilities, and talent for visual media, including digital photography, video marketing and developing marketing copy, as well as my project management skills to plan, coordinate, and manage spectacular events.My career began in the hospitality industry where I honed my ability to connect with all types of people. As a problem solver, I know when to take control of the conversation / situation and when to step back and listen. In every job I’ve held, I was appreciated for my ability to learn quickly and gained a reputation for coming up with unique ideas that created customer enthusiasm. I wanted to do something that appealed to my creative, ambitious side and channeled that energy into establishing myself as a fitness pro. I learned as much as I could about brand development and marketing, which fueled my decision to pursue a degree and career in marketing. Using social media, I shaped my personal brand and garnered media attention in the form of editorial coverage and speaking engagements. I am now ready to help a company achieve their marketing goals!
