Technology Consultant, Agile Program/Product Manager

Together, we help clients envision, confidently build, and sustain modern technology products that set them apart.In this role, I:-Lead complex software delivery projects on client engagements, ensuring successful outcomes through my expertise in Agile methodologies.- Foster and maintain strong client and partner relationships, demonstrating my ability to oversee and guide Agile projects.- Guide and manage multiple software delivery teams for client engagements, working closely with Product Owners and Solution Architects to define and deliver innovative technology solutions.- Develop and promote cutting-edge agile and team leadership solutions, methodologies, and proposals.- Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for project teams.- Contribute to business development opportunities, including writing Statements of Work (SOWs).- Lead requirement sessions, work with clients to prioritize backlogs, and define release scopes.- Organize and prioritize work for delivery teams, assisting with resolving issues across the delivery process.- Manage all phases of engagements, from Discovery through Delivery to Transition to operations, ensuring the fulfillment of SOW commitments.- Facilitate meetings and steering committee sessions, effectively working within clients' existing environments (process, people, or technology).- influence client direction around delivery practices, communicating the business value and impact of proposed solutions and scope changes.- Lead clients and teams through influence, ensuring the successful delivery of each project.For highlights of the programs led while with Slalom Build, please refer to the Projects Section.
