I consulted alongside senior leadership at Allstate on the launch, technology infrastructure, and buildout of the Good Hands Rescue Network, a crowdsourced roadside delivery service in partnership with independent contractors. Using Agile and Lean startup techniques, I helped guide the team to quickly and intelligently build out the service to a nationwide scale. I focused on project sustainability, organizational design, and helping a large company act like a lean startup. I leveraged my experience with project management on large/complex projects to help achieve their goals.

I was responsible for all operations in HONK's provider network, including day-to-day management of a high-performance team responsible for education, management, and support of HONK's rapidly growing roadside assistance and automotive repair partnerships. I worked with the CTO to build out the Partner-side tech backbone and infrastructure. I also served as project and program manager for the contractor side of the business.We scaled these networks throughout the US and Canada, and successfully introduced an on-demand mobile app in an industry traditionally hesitant to embrace technology by using big data analysis, KPI’s and SLA’s to drive key business decisions.I was at the company during its Seed and Series A round of funding.

I was a project manager on major tech rollouts including backbone technology supporting millions of roadside assistance requests. I also worked with other leaders across the AAA federation to help standardize processes, payments, and technologies. I helped develop KPI's, SLA's as well as vendor network selection criteria, policies and procedures that resulted in massive increases in customer satisfaction and vendor profitability. In these roles, I was nominated twice for the Cheshire Award of Excellence.
