• Conducted financial analysis, comparative property analysis, deal negotiation, presentation preparation, construction co-ordination, and image repositioning for major commercial properties • Supported brokers by generating NPV analysis, commission calculations, market reviews, and lease analysis• Functioned as the on-site salesperson and analyst for the landmarked 230 Park Avenue building, where I assisted in bringing occupancy rates up from 73% to 88% within one year, while increasing average rents by 20%
