As a senior advisor I was responsible for the service "Nettsteder" (WordPress), a multisite installation. I managed the team and the development and was responsible for over 80 active web sites for the customers. I've also worked with user research on all web services developed by DSS (G.S.S.O), Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation. Using statistics, gaining insight and measuring and evaluating what we developed.A modular design and coding system was developed, enabling the reuse of modules, code and elements across the platform. This gave DSS the flexibility and ensured that the ministries were visual in line with design guidelines.A design and code system that saves time and money. Contributed to easier management and the opportunity for innovation. The new framework allowed DSS to spin up new, complex sites in days, instead of weeks.

Managed the development of kreftforeningen.no, the online shop and campaign sites. Made sure that the webpages were user friendly based on insight and analysis. Conducted user tests and improved user experience.The Norwegian Cancer Society had a full relaunch of the website in 2012. A completely new web strategy and an editors guidebook were developed. We did a survey to understand why users visited kreftforeningen.no. A major content change from 5500 articles to 1000 that matched user needs and behavior. Revenue from the website increased by over 200 per cent in 2012. The website was improved technically and with a more user-friendly form, it became easier to sign up as a member or donor.

I was in charge of all aspects of web design for ESP's Games on Demand service, which involved design and implementing of the game service web sites and flash banners for several big media companies, such as VG, Telenor, TeliaSoneria, Nettavisen and RTL Television.
