As of last year, the supermarket chain employed 110,000 employees, and served around 11 million customers each week.Currently, my roles and responsibilities are to:> Successfully pick online customer orders within a reasonable pick rate, ensuring the quality of my pick is well within company standards;> Deliver customer click & collect orders to collection points within a reasonable time frame, making sure customers were happy with their orders before finalizing the purchases;> Maintain quality of the overall pick by checking substitutions and missing items in case they were accidentally missed and affected the availability of customer orders and;> Work collaboratively with other home delivery colleagues to ensure the daily success of the business function.
