Dalton earned his Master of Science in HR Management from Robert Morris University as well as holds a Strategic HR Business Partner Certificate from HCI. Dalton has gained several years of HR experience from his internship in undergrad to his current role as HR Consultant at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh; including a management role, overseeing ten to fifteen employees along the way. He values leadership, employee relations, and HR impact, believing strongly in company culture. Leadership has come natural to Dalton as throughout collegiate athletics; he was a captain and a driven individual. He has learned the secrets of team building and acquired the skills to enable people to reach their potential. He prides himself on his ability to lead and manage people, providing strategic pathways to reach their highest achievements for the betterment of the team and business. Dalton continues to expand his business acumen through continuous training and education.
