Maintain grounds and facilities, general repair and maintenance of equipment, riding arenas, fences, etc. Coordinate the use of equipment between two sites, apply processes for continuous facility upkeep.

Provide exceptional customer service that generates sales, meet sales goals through day by day processes and sales techniques, interpret needs of customers through relationship building, accomplish daily managerial tasks in an effective and efficient manner, provide training on product knowledge and selling, continuous adaption to rapidly changing industry.

Aids the Facility Manager in day to day running of facility, provide support for rentals and practices, event set up and break down, general facility upkeep, other tasks as assigned
