This role includes exploratory data analysis, data QA/QC, and the training, testing and deployment of statistical and machine learning models. Prior to B3, Dalton worked and studied at Montana State University, researching optimization algorithms and AI approaches for transportation network design, specifically around carbon capture and storage infrastructure. Before moving to Montana, Dalton has been a high school science teacher and water quality chemist in Vermont.Dalton holds a MS in Computer Science from Montana State University and a BS in Environmental Science from Northern Vermont University.
