In this role, I focused on generating millions of dollars for the Athletic Department through ticket sales. I assisted in the growth of these sales by leading a team of six SLU student workers, auditing customer databases to develop strategic sales and community outreach plans, and by developing relationships with key stakeholders. I ensured these activities were accomplished with great customer service. By achieving these results, we were able to provide our student-athletes with a great collegiate experience.

I interacted with sponsors, parents, and AJGA executives regularly to accommodate players and create optimal tournament conditions. My main responsibility was assisting with the set up of golf courses in preparation for tournaments, which involved assembling national and regional sponsor signage, communicating with course staff, serving as a rules official throughout the tournament, and traveling to the next tournament site to repeat the same process.
