Annealer: Locate material ( plate, billets, ingots). Load either hot or cold material into furnace pads. Use overhead crane to move furnace hoods. Program hoods with cycle times. Monitor programs to see if material made temperature. Offload material that has been ran through a cycle. Use straddle lift to move bolsters Entry Driver: Drive forklift. Locate and bring in material for the following day. Empty scrap boxes, weigh full boxes, take full ones to the scrap yard and bring empty ones back to my department. Bring bolsters to my department for rolled billets to be transferred the next day. Exit Driver: Weigh rolled material. Transfer hot material to specific spots, either another department or my departments hold areaStamper: Correctly tag material that has been rolled Certified to operate forklifts. Certified to operate a straddle lift. Certified on the Hilti stamper gun. Certified to operate overhead remote operated cranes.
