Work closely with Middle School to High School aged students, facilitating professional and personal growth in small and large groups. Worked for several weeks in Malaysia on an international trip providing guidance for learning styles, teamwork, and listening.

Working with Sigma Pi Fraternity, International I oversee 23 different chapters of Sigma Pi primarily in the Northeast. This allows me to work closely with our members to build a lasting relationship, but also advise and mentor them through their membership. Some of my responsibilities as Regional Director include:- Account Management- Recruitment Techniques and Growth- Member Education and Development- Advisement and Mentorship for Members and Chapters- Alumni Engagement- Expansion OpportunitiesThrough this position I have connected with over 1,000 undergraduate members and countless alumni members to help redevelop and progress Sigma Pi Fraternity, International. This position requires me to be charismatic, hard-working, managerial, and flexible.

As an Expansion Consultant for Sigma Pi Fraternity, International I have worked to revamp the Expansion process for the organization. By establishing new groups, we can create the educational and fraternal experience that our new members are looking for. The position required extensive travel, elaborate thinking, and strong endurance to help see each group reach the point of becoming a full on chapter of the organization. In this position, I was able to:- Establish Five New Expansion Projects at various higher education institutions- Present Expansion Presentations to several alumni and university officials- Redesign our New Group's Educational Process- Revamp the Expansion Process; including Risk Management Plans, Academic Success Operations, and Judicial Procedures- Lead several Recruitment Workshops on a chapter and National level- Conduct over Twenty (20) Growth Visits in person and remotely- Manage several undergraduate chapters, ranging from sizes of six to over sixty-five, on chapter operations, accreditation programs, and university image.
