About Dalton Seale
I started working with my family's contracting company, Accurate, as an apprentice electrician while in high school, and became Administrative Assistant during my college career. After graduating magna cum laude with my bachelor's degree, I began working full-time with Accurate as the Human Resources, Payroll, and Operations Manager. I also had a chance to utilize my computer and tech-related interests as the company's IT specialist and graphic designer. Despite wearing many hats, I knew that the aspects of my job that motivated and energized me most were those related to people and data, which led me to a greater focus on Human Resources. When I moved to Orange County, I had an amazing opportunity to join the team at Coast to Coast Commercial, a much larger company with over 550 employees and 15 locations in an entirely new industry. I now get to continue growing while loving what I do alongside an amazing team. Between projects, I still get to serve as IT specialist and graphic designer!
