A mentor once criticized me, they said I was "nebulous, hard to pin down and pollyannic" However, I've always seen those qualities as my greatest strengths. It's what makes me a salesperson who puts the customer first, someone who melds art and technology, a filmmaker, and someone who is able to thrive in any industry they walk into. I'm never afraid to question what is right or wrong, even in myself. I strive to make the world better for all, regardless of status. I'm willing to work for the impacts I want to see, and I'm always at my best when I'm serving others. Right now, my career consists of programming and automation, customer care and service, and developing in-house content. Really a dream come true for such a nebulous person!That mentor got two things wrong. Being open to change isn't a weakness and pollyannic doesn't mean full of conflicting ideas, it means cheerful and optimistic.
